Teacher Training + Mentorship
Kim is a guiding teacher in The Interdependence Project’s esteemed teacher training program, and has been providing support, direction, and encouragement to mindfulness and meditation teachers since 2013. She also offers specialized training in lovingkindness and compassion meditation for experienced teachers to deepen their professional development and learn new skills.
As a mentor, Kim will provide guidance, feedback, and accountability. She can act as a sounding board for ideas and practice, and shares her own knowledge and experience as appropriate. Kim abides by Buddhist ethics, including the five lay precepts.
Mentees commit to meeting regularly and maintaining good communication. They are responsible for setting the agenda in terms of their needs and wants, and determining the amount of help and guidance to receive.
