Private Sessions

Meditation and mindfulness have been used for centuries to successfully develop personal insight and deeper connection, for a freer and happier life. Let me show you how to use them.

I give people tools to access their inherent clarity and kindness with effective, personalized mindfulness and compassion training, grounded in classical Buddhist psychology and modern contemplative science. My work is designed to cut through confusion, steady the mind, and build your capacity to meet your experience with care—without shutting down, avoiding, or trying to get rid of what’s actually happening inside and outside.

I commonly work with people struggling with anxiety, chronic stress, harsh self-criticism, PTSD, and relational difficulties. Drawing from Buddhist teachings and well-established contemplative techniques, I can show you practical ways to understand difficult emotions and physical sensations clearly and compassionately. I’ll help you stay present with your body and mind without abandoning any part of yourself. Instead of attempting to bypass pain or distress, you’ll learn to use evidence-based skills to relate to your mind, your body, and your relationships.

Together, we’ll create a space for you to develop dependable self-trust, natural self-compassion, and emotional steadiness. You’ll cultivate the capacity to stay present under pressure, regulate intense emotional states, and engage difficult situations and relationships without being driven by fear, shame, or reactivity. With time, you’ll foster a grounded, respectful, and stable connection with yourself and others, guided by a clear mind, an open heart, and wise attention.

I practice what I teach.

Wisdom requires that we actively address the pain and conflict of our life in order to come to inner integration and harmony.
