In one-on-one sessions, I won’t try to make you love yourself or prove that you're good enough. Instead, I’ll show you how to meet whatever you're feeling without hostility or rejection, and shift your view from "I’m a problem that needs to be fixed" to "I can care for myself wisely and well".
