At our Wednesday Night Meditation Gathering, teacher Kimberly Brown shares traditional techniques to develop wisdom, kindness, and compassion to connect with ourselves, each other, and the world. Each week will include a short teaching, guided meditation, and community discussion. You'll learn mindfulness and lovingkindness practices and other meditations from Buddhism to steady your mind, open your heart, and develop clarity even in the midst of difficulty. Everyone is welcome to join and no prior meditation experience is necessary.
