Developing a a genuine sense of self-concern is a necessary foundation for kindness and compassion towards all beings. In this ongoing practice-based weekly class, develop our self-compassion, transform emotional barriers and resistances, and practice responding to self-judgement and criticism with understanding and patience through the practice of guided Lovingkindness (aka Metta) Meditation.
