Friends, Family, and Professional Groups

Private group sessions are a beautiful way to bring people together to discover the benefits of meditation together. Families, friends, and colleagues learn to deepen their relationships and foster closeness and trust while practicing guided lovingkindness meditation. Weekly or monthly meetings are an opportunity to deepen personal resilience and strengthen relationships through kindness and wisdom.

Compassion meditations cultivate trust and vulnerability, two qualities necessary to create Psychological Safety, a necessary factor for all successful relationships, including families, friendships, and even business teams, as evidenced by Google’s Project Aristotle. I offer programs and classes that include guided instruction and space to share, where participants feel heard, connected, and cared for by themselves and each other.

I also work with “difficult” people; family members, managers, directors, and C-level employees considered critical, demanding, or un-empathetic. I prescribe useful tools they can practice to develop self-awareness and patience, and help them appreciate and foster their unique wisdom to transform their challenges to an opportunity to connect and be heard.
